You have already proposed a technical solution to the customer's problem. Now, you are ready to work on that solution. Each team member must know what they are responsible for.
As your team produces the solution you have outlined, you biggest task will be communicating with each other. Most groups begin by establishing a time for group meetings. At these meetings, group members will report on their progress and/or problems that have come up. It is wise to make all members aware of time constraints or other obligations that you have ahead of time. Teamwork skills sometimes take time to learn. That's one of the reasons for doing a senior design project. Expect this to be a learning experience and talk to your faculty advisor as a group if any (even tiny) conflicts arise.
